Description

The traditional Nepali method of incensing.

Natural materials, traditionally handmade.

Product efficacy: Calms the mind, improves sleep and concentration, suitable for meditation and yoga.

The chakra is the body's energy center.

There are seven in total: crown (Frankincense), third eye (Rose), throat (Pogostemon cablin), heart (Jasmine), solar plexus (Lemongrass), Navel(Sandalwood) and root (Nagchampa).

Each of the seven chakras governs the various physical and mental states of the body, as well as the organs and emotions of the body. When all the chakras are in balance and connected, positive feelings and energy can be absorbed.

How to use:

1. Light one end with a flame.

2. Light and blow out the flame to allow the incense to ignite and release its aromatic smoke.

3. Place the lit incense in a heat resistant container or use an incense holder.

4. After lighting, allow the ashes to cool down before cleaning up.

Each stick burns for approximately 30-40 minutes
