Description

The traditional Nepali method of incensing.

Natural materials, traditionally handmade.

Woven from Nepalese lokta paper, the scented powder is entwined within.

Product efficacy: Calms the mind, improves sleep and concentration, suitable for meditation and yoga.

The chakra is the body's energy center.

There are seven in total: crown (Frankincense), third eye (Palo Santo), throat (Himalayan Cedar), heart (White Sage), solar plexus (Juniper Berry), Navel(Sandalwood) and root (Nagchampa).

Each of the seven chakras governs the various physical and mental states of the body, as well as the organs and emotions of the body. When all the chakras are in balance and connected, positive feelings and energy can be absorbed.

Lighting the incense with the corresponding chakra helps the energy to gather directly into the body and achieve the desired effect.

How to use:

1. Light one end with a flame.

2. Ignite and blow out the flame to allow the incense to ignite and release its aromatic smoke.

3. Place the lit incense in a heat resistant container with a fireproof insulator or use a rope incense holder.

4. After lighting, allow the ashes to cool down before cleaning up.
